摘要
目的研究不同剂量前列地尔辅助羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病肾病患者肾脏功能、炎性细胞因子及氧化应激水平的影响。方法选取我院2015年1月~2016年6月收治的糖尿病伴。肾病的患者96例,按前列地尔使用的不同剂量分为常规剂量治疗组(n=46)与大剂量治疗组(n=50)。观察不同治疗对两组患者肾脏功能、炎性细胞因子及氧化应激水平的影响。结果治疗前两组炎性细胞因子、肾脏功能、氧化应激相关指标差异不明显(P〉0.05),治疗后两组患者各项指标较治疗前都有明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且大剂量治疗组改善程度优于常规剂量治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论早期较大剂量前列地尔辅助羟苯磺酸钙治疗糖尿病肾病患者,可明显降低炎性细胞因子水平和氧化应激反应,改善肾脏功能,提高治疗质量,值得临床推广。
Objective To study the effects of different doses of alprostadil combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate on renal function, inflammatory cytokines and oxidative stress in the patients with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 96 Patients with diabetic nephropathy from January in 2015 to June in 2016 in our hospital were selected and were divided into conventional dose group ( n = 46 ) and high dose treatment group ( n = 50). The effects of different treatments on renal function, inflammatory eytokines and oxidative stress of the patients in the two groups were observed. Results There were no significant differences in inflammatory cytokines, renal function and oxidative stress between the two groups before the treatment (P 〉 0. 05 ). After the treatment the indexes in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment. There was statistically significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ). And the degree of the improvement in the high - dose treatment group was better than that in the conventional dose group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Early high doses of alprostadil and calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can significantly reduce inflammatory cytokines, decrease oxidative stress and improve renal function so that the quality of the treatment is increased.
