摘要
本文对丹参组织培养中不同外植体、基本培养基的选择、不同激素配比诱导丛生芽和试管苗的生根进行了试验。结果表明以丹参叶为外植体,接种在附加6BA 0.5~1 mg/L的MS培养基上出芽效果好。试管苗转移到1/2MS、附加IBA 0.2 mg/L的培养基上生根效果最好。应用本研究技术可以进行丹参试管苗的大量快速繁殖。
The paper reports the selection of different explants and basic medium of Salvia miltiorrhiza and the effects of combinations of different phytohormones on forming bud and inducing root of plants. The results of experiment show that MS with 0. 5~1 mg/L 6BA is beneficial to bud formation if the leaves are explants. 1/2MS with 0. 2~1 mg/L IBA is the most beneficial one to root induction of plants. A rapid propagation of plants of S. miltiorrhiza is realized by adopting this technology.
