摘要
采用不同抗氧剂体系作为抗老化助剂对聚丙烯(PP)进行改性,通过热重分析(TGA)考察了不同抗氧剂体系对PP热稳定性能的影响,同时考察其对力学性能和熔融指数(MFI)的影响。结果表明,150℃热氧老化试验条件下,抗氧剂体系3~#(m(PP)∶m(1010)∶m(168)=100∶0.2∶0.4)对PP热氧老化性能的改善优于其他体系,经400h热氧老化后其拉伸强度最大为34.69 MPa;熔融指数最小为每10min 1.74g;起始降解温度最高为323.46℃。
Different antioxidant systems were used to modify polypropylene (PP) as anti-aging aids, the thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA) were used to characterize the effects of antioxidant systems on thermal stability of the PP, and also be used to characterize the effect on mechanical properties and melt index. The results showed that the thermal aging properties of PP could be improved by antioxidant system 3# (rn(PP) : m(10]0) :m(168)=100:0.2: 0.4) at 150 ℃ compared with the other systems. The maximum tensile strength was 34.69 MPa after thermal oxidation of 400 h, and the lowest melt index was 1.74 g of every 10 rain and the initial degradation temperature was as high as 323.46 ℃.
