在"去产能"背景下,立足于开滦能源化工股份有限公司煤化工当前发展现状、经营现状以及纳税现状等,分析企业目前存在的问题,并提出加大研发创新力度,提升产品科技含量;加强内部营运和管控,科学提质降本增效;加强与政府及金融机构的合作与沟通,争取财税政策支持和拓宽融资渠道等对策建议。

Under the big background of the ＂de-capacity＂, standing on the present development status, operation status, tax payment and other condition of the coal chemical industry in Kailuan Energy and Chemical Industry Company Limited, the pa- per analyzed the present existed problems, provided the enhanced research, development and innovation dynamics and called to upgrade the technical contents of the products. The internal operation and management control should be enhanced and the quality improvement, cost reduction and efficiency increased should be scientifically conducted. The cooperation and connection with the Government and financial institutions should be strengthened and it would be better to have the finance and taxation policy support and to widen the financing channel and countermeasure proposals.
