Study on countermeasure to promote technology transfer in China coal industry under new situation

分析了我国煤炭行业技术转移的现状,指出在新形势下,我国煤炭行业技术转移仍存在的一些问题。提出了加强政策引导与宏观调控力度,加速煤炭企业建立现代企业制度,提高煤炭行业科技成果的市场结合度,加快煤炭行业信息化建设步伐,加大安全、环保领域科技成果的供给,多渠道加大煤炭行业技术转移转化资金投入,并积极开展对非煤领域双向技术转移工作,积极走出国门,加大对国外技术转移力度的对策与建议。

The paper analyzed the technology transfer status of China coal industry. Under the new situation, there were some problems existed in the technology transfer of China coal industry. The countermeasures and proposals were provided to en- hance the policy guide and macro-control intensity, to speed up the coal enterprises to establish the modern enterprise sys- tem, to improve the technical achievements and market combination of the coal industry, to speed up the information construc- tion step of the coal industry, to enlarge the supply of the technical achievements in the safety and environment protection ar- ea, to have more funding investments to the technical transfer in the coal industry with more channels, to actively conduct the bidirectional technical transfers to the non coal area, to actively go abroad and enhance the transfer intensity of the over- seas technology.
