煤炭企业“四化”管理模式的应用与研究

Application and study on “Four Type” management modes coal enterprises

当前我国煤炭经济运行呈现出供给继续增加、需求环比减少、价格逐步回落的整体态势。重点论述了在煤炭市场呈下行趋势的形势下,煤炭企业面临的机遇和挑战,提出了"四化"管理新模式,即:经营管理市场化、生产组织订单化、创新创效项目化、岗位管理精优化,全面提高煤炭企业发展质量和效益。

The present coal economic operation in China presented the integration situation with the supply continued in- creased, the demand comparison ratio reduced and the price steadily fallen back. Under the downward tendency situation of the coal market, the paper focused on the statement on the opportunity and challenge faced to the coal enterprises and provid- ed the ＂Four Type＂ management modes, including the operation and management marketized, the production organization with the orders, the innovation and created benefit project and post management optimization in oder to fully improve the de- velopment quality and benefit of the coal enterprises.
