摘要
基于我国煤炭企业的现实发展困局,以精细化管理为手段,从精细化管理体系入手,对我国煤炭企业的人力资源、生产与经营管理3个核心管理环节的精细化管理体系进行系统研究和设计,对实现我国煤炭企业的精细化管理,提升企业管理质量,进而为实现产业发展方式的转变提供参考。
Based on the actual development dilemma of the coal enterprises in China, with the refined management as a means and from a view of the refined management system, a systematic study and design was conducted on the refined man- agement system of the three core management links, including the human resources, production and operation of the coal en- terprises in China and could provide the references to realize the refined management of the coal enterprises in China, to up- grade the management quality of the enterprises and thus to realize the development mode transformation of the coal sector.
