社会主义在中国的发展史,也是一部中国共产党的建设史。习近平总书记在"7·26"讲话中作出"中国特色社会主义进入了新的发展阶段"的重大判断。新阶段的判断依据是客观的,以党的十八大以来取得的成就为前提。新阶段主要解决发展起来后的问题,开启了中国从富起来到强起来的征程。党的建设对于中国特色社会主义的重要性也达到了前所未有的高度。通过全面从严治党永葆旺盛生命力和强大战斗力是党实现长期执政目标的必然要求。中国共产党在坚持和完善党的领导过程中开辟中国特色社会主义道路,为政党文明贡献中国智慧:执政党应该具有兼容并蓄的胸怀,实事求是的态度,要提升政党整合能力,坚持国家治理的有效性,坚持和合共生的政党交往观与合作共赢观。

The history of socialist development in China is consistent with the history about the building of the CPC.A major judgment has been made that ＂socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new development stage＂in Xi Jinping＇s speech On July 26. The judgment of new stage which has an objective criterion is based on the achievements made since the 18 th Communist Party of China National Congress. We start a new historic leap from becoming better-off to getting stronger in this stage with the focus on the problems of development. The building of the CPC has been more important to socialism with Chinese characteristics than ever before.It is inevitable that the whole Party should make continuous efforts for vigorous vitality and strong fighting force through comprehensively promoting stricter governance of the Party.The CPC will insist on the road of government with Chinese characteristics and make it more perfect than before in order to provide Chinese wisdom for party civilization：the governing party should have the broad mind,follow the principle of seeking truth from facts, improve the party＇s ability of integration,insist on the effectiveness of national governance, adhere to both the viewpoint of maintaining friendly relations with different parties and the one of win-win cooperation.
