Two-dimensional Subjects' Benefit of Farmland Circulation——With Xichong County For Example

农地流转是实现农业规模化、现代化的必由之路。由于种种原因,西南丘陵地区农地流转市场发育较晚,严重制约着规模农业的发展。这里以四川省西充县为例,以"农地流转市场——交易成本理论——农地流转价格——流转行为选择"为研究主线,运用博弈论分析方法,构建农地流转利益博弈模型,试图厘清农地流转二维主体间的利益博弈关系,通过明晰农村土地产权,构建顺畅流转机制;培育中介服务组织,搭建流转交易平台;完善社会服务体系,优化农地流转环境;健全交易履约机制,促进流转健康发展等路径来实现二维主体利益博弈均衡,以节约交易成本,促进农地适度流转。

Farmland circulation is the only route to achieve the large scale and modernization of agriculture. For a variety of reasons, the farmland circulation market development in Sichuan hilly basin is retarded, seriously restricting the scale of agricultural development. In this paper, taking Xichong County in Sichuan Province as an example, the principle line of the study is ＂farmland circulation market-transaction cost theory-farmland turnover price-circulation behavior choices＂. With the analysis method of game theory, a benefit game model of farmland circulation is built in order to clarify the benefit game of the two-dimensional subjects. By the clarification of rural land property rights, a smooth circulation mechanism is constructed. Besides, the cultivation of intermediary service organizations can help build circulation trading platform, while the improvement of social service system optimizes the farmland circulation environment. To achieve the benefit game equilibrium of two-dimensional subjects, actions such as building a sound mechanism to ensure transaction agreement and promoting the healthy development of circulation should be taken so as to save transaction costs and promote the appropriate circulation of farmland.
