中澳合作办学项目下大学生跨文化能力培养和管理策略探讨——以西安科技大学建筑与土木工程学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对教育国际化的必然趋势和国内外高校合作办学存在的无缝对接问题,以我院与澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学工程学院合作办学为例,从学生的跨文化能力培养着手,探讨我院在此方面的一些经验,提出了实现跨文化能力培养目标的相应管理策略:强化学风建设和英语技能,加强合作班的学生干部队伍建设,搭建心理辅导平台和复合型辅导员团队,构建协调流畅的家长学校沟通机制,设置定期的视频交流会,有效提高了学生的能力,提升了合作班学生管理的成效。 According to the international education trend and connect of sino-foreign educational cooperation program, some experiences are discussed from the view of students' cross-cultural competence, which is based on school of architecture and civil engineering in Xi'an University of Science and Technology and engineering school in University of Tasmania. Then some management policies are proposed. Separately they are enhancing study tradition construction and English skills, strengthening construction of student cadres, establishing psychological counseling platform and compound instructor team, building communication mechanism for parents and schools, installing regular exchange video meeting. All these measures improve students' capacities and management effects.
