大学精神是大学的核心与灵魂,伴随大学成长与发展,传承时代特色与精华,引领未来腾飞与希望,对社会进步有着不可估量的巨大作用。在大学力求发展的同时,大学精神逐渐衰微,"适应"社会发展却忘了"本根"、"人本教育"的缺失、大学制度束缚等一系列问题日益凸显,这需要我们重新审视"现实",去"利"扬"智"、以"人"为本、创新大学制度,更好的培育大学精神。

University spirit is the core and soul accompanying the growth and development, passing down its characteristics and essences of the era, leading it to a prosperous future, and posing an immeasurable impact on social progress. As the university strives for its development, a series of problems are also becoming increasingly prominent, such as the declining value of spiritual implication, the disappearing of roots of value, the lack of ＂human-based education＂, and the constrain of university system, which requires us to reevaluate ＂reality＂, inspire ＂wisdom＂ rather than ＂profit＂, put ＂people＂ first and bring innovation to the university system, thus better cultivating the university spirit.
