基于负荷预测的发展特点,对负荷影响因素及数据处理等方面展开论述分析。对现有的短期负荷预测方法进行划分和综合阐述,分析各种方法的特点及存在缺陷,并据此对短期负荷预测的发展方向与研究内容进行展望。

The short-term load forecast of an electric power system has become a focused research object of our country. Based on the developmental characteristics of load forecast, influential factors related to electric load and data manipulation etc are analyzed and discussed. The methods of existing short-term forecast are divided by stage unit and are systematically expounded, whose features and defects are also list out and summed up. With this in mind, directions of development and content of research on short-term load forecast are expected.
