摘要
采用熔体拉伸流变仪、动态旋转流变仪和力学性能测试仪对中空吹塑用聚丙烯专用树脂的流变性能和力学性能进行测试和表征,并对该树脂吹瓶应用效果进行了评价。结果表明:该中空吹塑用聚丙烯专用树脂可以达到吹瓶应用的各项性能要求,吹瓶成型合格率达到100%,成型后的单瓶瓶重相比聚乙烯可以减少5%~8%,达到了替代聚乙烯中空吹塑专用料水平。
Rheological and mechanical properties of special polypropylene (PP) resins for blow molding were studied by extensional rheometer, dynamic rotational rheometer and mechanical testing machine, respectively. The bottle blowing effect was also evalua- ted. The results show that the special PP resins can meet all kinds of properties for bot- tle blowing applications, and its pass rate of bottle blowing reached 100%. What's more, the weight of the bottle blown by the special PP resins was reduced by 5%-8% compared to that of the bottle blown by polyethylene (PE). As a result, the special PP resins are suitable to take the place of PE for blow molding.
