摘要
苏南合作区是中国石油长庆油田公司与法国道达尔公司在鄂尔多斯盆地苏里格气田南部的天然气合作开发区块。针对该合作区储层非均质性强、砂体规模小、单井产量低等问题,探索并完善了合作区工厂化作业模式。工厂化作业加快了施工进度,降低了作业成本,其显著特点是大井丛丛式井组开发模式,一个井丛通常由多口气井组成,井丛各单井共用井场和集气管线。为了评价井丛生产系统各部分优劣并保证气井合理生产,应用节点系统分析理论,把井丛各流动过程视为完整的生产系统,井丛汇点设置为解节点,以单井的井底流入动态为基础,运用多相管流、井下节流理论预测井口流入动态,最终确定井丛生产系统的压力和产量。苏南合作区井丛的生产动态分析结果表明,预测单井动态与实际生产较为吻合,所建立的井丛生产系统分析方法合理可靠,适用于苏南合作区的井丛生产系统分析。通过优化单井配产,可以消除目前集气管线的生产瓶颈;通过控制气井产量和压差,有利于控制气井出砂和保证平稳生产。
The Cooperation Block in the south of Sulige Gasfield, Ordos Basin is a gas province developed jointly by PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Company and Total. For this block where the reservoirs are characterized by strong heterogeneity, small sand bodies and low single-well production, the factory-like operation model was considered and improved. The factory-like operation model can help to accelerate the operation and reduce the operation cost. It is unique for the development pattern of large well cluster. One well cluster is generally composed of multiple gas wells which share the well site and gas gathering pipeline. In order to identify the weakness and strength of the well cluster production system and ensure the rational production of gas wells, the theory of nodal system analysis was applied in this study. Specifically, by treating all flow sections of the well cluster as a whole production system with its convergent point as the solution point, the wellhead inflow performance was predicted according to multiphase pipe flow and downhole choke theory on the basis of single-well bottomhole inflow performance. Finally, the pressure and production of the well cluster production system were determined. It is demonstrated in the analysis on the production performance of South Sulige Coopera- tion Block that the predicted well performance coincides with the actual performance, and the well cluster production system analysis method proposed in this paper is reliable and rational, and suitable for analyzing the well cluster production system of South Sulige Cooperation Block. The current production bottleneck of gas gathering pipeline can be eliminated by optimizing well production pro- ration. Sand production can be controlled and stable production can be ference of gas wells. The study results can be used as reference for the maintained by controlling the production rate and pressure dif- rational natural gas production in the South Sulige Cooperation Block.
