摘要
目的建立钩菊胶囊的质量标准。方法薄层色谱法对钩藤、淫羊藿进行定性鉴别;UV-HPLC对淫羊藿苷进行含量测定。采用Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_(18)色谱柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(25∶75);流速:1.0 mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长为270 nm。结果薄层色谱中斑点清晰,阴性均无干扰;淫羊藿苷在15~150μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率为100.9%(RSD=2.77%)。结论本试验结果准确、简便,易控,可作为钩菊胶囊的质量标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Gouju Capsules. Methods The main ingredients of Ramudus Uncaria Cum Uncis, Epimedium were identified by TLC. Content of icariin was determined by UV-HPLC. The content of the berberine was determined by HPLC; the column of Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was ocetonitrile-water (25:75), the column temperature of 30℃, at the flow of 1.0 mL/min and detec tion wavelength was 270 nm. Results The spots on TLC plates were distinct, without interference. A good linearity of icariin was in the ranges of 15-150 μg/mL (r=0.9996). The average recovery was 100.9% (RSD =2.77%). Conclusion The results of this experiment are accurate, simple and easy to cor/trol. It can be used as a quality standard for Gouju Capsules.
