陇东地区儿童肺炎支原体感染率的相关分析

Analysis of Longdong Region Children's Infection Rate of Mycoplasma Pneumonia

目的:探讨陇东地区不同性别、不同年龄的儿童在不同季节感染肺炎支原体的差异,发现本地区患儿肺炎支原体的发病趋势,为临床防治提供参考。方法:利用回顾分析法对2016年全年就诊于庆阳市妇幼保健院的1040份患儿血清进行肺炎支原体IgM抗体检测,并按不同性别、年龄和季节分组对比。结果:在1040名患儿中肺炎支原体IgM抗体阳性者占49.2%,男性、女性患儿间差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.936,P>0.05);根据年龄分层对比,1岁以上儿童组明显高于0~1岁组,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=144.56,P<0.05);不同季节比较,春季明显高于其它季节(χ~2=33.70,P<0.05)。结论:陇东地区春季1岁以上儿童肺炎支原体发病率高,应重点防治。

Objective： To investigate the Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection of children of different gender and age in different seasons in Longdong area, to find epidemiological characteristics of mycoplasma pneu- monia infection in the region and to provide basis for clinical diagnosis and prevention. Methods： By retro- spective analysis of 1040 samples of serum of children with mycoplasma pneumonia IgM antibody detec- tion kit in 2016 from Qingyang Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital, different sex, age and season were compared. Results：In the 1040 children, Mycoplasma pneumoniae IgM antibody positive detection rate was 49.2% ,and there was no significant difference between male and female patients（x2 =0. 936 ,P 〉 0.05 ） ; comparison of different age groups, children above one years old group was significantly higher than that in the 0 - 1 age group and the difference was statistically significant （X2 = 144.56, P 〈 0.05 ） ;In different seasons, the spring season was significantly higher than that in other seasons （X2 = 33.70, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： in Longdong area, Mycoplasma infection rate in children over the age of one is high and the spring has high incidence rate which should be the focus of prevention and control.
