摘要
目的:探讨陇东学院大学新生校园适应状况并提出应对策略。方法:编制"大学生学校适应自评量表",整群抽取陇东学院2014级新生2021名,在入学6个月后进行现场调查。结果:男生的情绪适应和自我适应高于女生;文史类学生的校园适应、人际关系适应、学习适应高于理工生;独生子女的校园适应、人际关系适应高于非独生子女;农村学生除了学习适应,各维度适应水平均低于城市学生。结论:新生校园适应能力良好,群体间存在差异。
Objective: To Investigate campus adaptation of the freshmen, and to put forward a countermeas- ure strategies. Methods : Making a self-rating scale of freshmen campus adaptability by taking 2021 fresh- men who have been in Longdong University for 6 months as investigation object. Result : Boys' emotional adjusting and self-adapting is better than girls' ;the ones from Art are better than from science in campus adaptability, interpersonal relationship and study;those who are the only children in their family are better than those non-only children;those from rural are weaker in multi-dimensional adaptability on average ex- cept study. Conclusion: Freshmen have a better campus adaptability in the Longdong University, but there are certain differences among different groups.
