跨界融合:“互联网+”背景下“新工科”的发展逻辑与建设目标 被引量:20

摘要 随着移动互联网时代的来临,传统行业的边界被打破,跨界融合成为业界的新常态,跨界融合成为"互联网+"背景下高等工程教育改革的必然趋势。跨界融合必须坚持由学科情境转向应用情境,以问题为设置情境,以社会需求为导向,注重学科交叉融合发展,同时强调全球本土逻辑。基于此,实现"新工科"建设跨界融合发展的策略和目标是加强"互联网+"与传统制造业的跨界融合,构建工科专业新结构;积极运用教育信息技术,构建"互联网+工程教育"新型教育形态;加强新兴技术与工程教育内容的跨界融合,更新工程人才知识体系;充分发挥参与高校的主体作用,树立具有中国特色工科发展新典范。 With the advent of the mobile Internet era, the traditional industry boundaries are broken, while cross-border integration has become the new norm, which is an inevitable trend in the reform of higher engineering education under the background of Internet plus. Cross-border integration must adhere to the transforming from the academic to the applied, with problems as the setting, the social needs as the guide, focusing on interdisciplinary development and emphasizing the glocalization. Based on this, strategies and targets of cross-border integration of emerging engineering construction are as follows: to strengthen cross-border integration industry , constructing a new structure of engineering of internet plus and the traditional manufacturing specialty; to make active use of information technology in education, establishing a new education form of internet plus engineering education; to strengthen the cross-border integration of emerging technology and engineering education contents, updating the personnel engineering knowledge system ; to make full use of the positive role of the main universities, building a new model of engineering development with Chinese characteristics.
