摘要
双元制高等教育主要有三种形式:含职业培训式、工学一体式和在职学习式。双元制专业共有的核心特征是,它们把课堂上的理论知识和在一家合作企业积累并扩展的实践经验进行相互结合。双元制专业的目标是使学生除了具备学术能力以外还形成在其他广泛领域工作的各种能力。对参与双元制专业的合作企业来说,培养双元制专业学生可以帮助企业实现工作岗位与组织发展。在此意义上,如何设计理论与实践的相互结合对能否实现双元制高等教育的理念来说至关重要。基于双元制专业大学生的能力素质模型,探讨构建考虑了在双元制专业中学术思维与行为能力和方法运用能力之间潜在的对立关系。
Dual higher education includes three formats : education-integrating, practice-integrating and occupation-integrating one. The general core element of dual study programs is the connection of theory-based teaching with the construction and extension of practice-based experiences in the co-operating companies. These programs aim at opening an enlarged, academically sound competence spectrum for the students. From. the perspective of the co-operating companies, dual programs will contribute to their job and organizational development. In this respect the creation of combining theory and practice proves to be decisive for the dual study concept. To this a competence model is introduced for dual study programs, which is based on a potential tension between academic thinking competence and acting on the one hand and instrumental competence on the other.
