摘要
基于一个国际性的实证研究"学生创业意向"(GESt)研究项目为基础,研究结果显示,德国学生希望通过讲座和指导得到创业支持后,接下来需要研究有哪些措施可以提升学生的创业意向和企业管理专业知识的水平。如果这些措施能够达到预期效果,那么它们应当在国际上得到传播。中国是一个创业数量很高的国家,在此值得特别关注。企业管理方面的专业知识对初创企业能否成功会产生影响,这一点是已被证明的。这些专业知识的水平应当可以通过创业教育得以提高。因此,对这方面的研究也可能会对提高中国初创企业的质量有一定意义。
The study is based on the internationally oriented empirical research project "Entrepreneurial Propensity of Students" (GESt-Study), which examines the students' entrepreneurial ambitions. The results show that German students wish to receive start-up support through lectures and coaching, so measures will be investigated how to increase students' start-up ambition and specialized entrepreneur- ial knowledge of management. If the desired effects occur, the study will also be spread internationally. It deserves special attention of China, which is a country with so many start-up activities. Specialized knowledge of management will influence the start-up enterprises greatly, which has already been proved and such knowledge can be improved through entrepreneurship education. So such a kind of study will also improve the quality of Chinese start-ups.
