基于LabVIEW的双通道旋转变压器轴角解调算法的设计与实现 被引量:1

摘要 采用图形化编程软件Lab VIEW对双通道旋转变压器的轴角解调算法进行了研究。首先对旋转变压器工作原理和解调中存在的问题作了简单的介绍。接着对其粗精角的组合及纠错方法进行了研究,并提出了一种粗精组合角纠错方法并通过lab view编程实现了其纠错过程。最后应用本文所讨论的方法在某转台系统的内场试验中进行了测试,试验结果表明该方法有较好的解码速度和精度。 Shaft-angle demodulation algorithm for two-channel resolver is studied by using graphical programming software LabVIEW.Operational principle of resolver and issues existed in demodulation is firstly introduced briefly;then combination of coarse and fine angle code and error-correcting method is studied,and an error-correcting method of combination coarse and fine angle code is presented,and error-correction process is implemented by LabVIEW programming software; and finally,the discussed method is tested on a turntable system indoor experimentation.The tested result shows that this method has favorable decoding speed and accuracy.
