摘要 为探究有效微生物群(EM)对一年生舒玛栎(Quercus shumardii Buckl.)幼苗生长的影响,采用不同浓度的EM及复合肥对其进行施肥处理,测量了苗高、地径、高径比、苗木鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量等生长指标,分析了各处理对舒玛栎幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,EM处理对舒玛栎幼苗苗高、地径的生长有一定的促进作用,与复合肥、空白对照相比差异显著;随着EM浓度的增加,舒玛栎幼苗地上部分(茎、叶)的鲜重、干重均呈递增趋势,但不同处理对其地下部分(根)重量的影响均无显著差异;不同浓度的EM处理较对照均显著提高了舒玛栎幼苗的叶绿素含量。试验结果为EM促进舒玛栎幼苗生长的作用机理研究奠定了实践基础,为其在林业生产中更广泛地应用提供了依据。 In order to investigate the effects of Effective micro-organisms(EM) on the growth of 1-year-old Quercus shumardii Buckl. seedlings,different concentration of EM and compound fertilizers were used to fertilize the seedlings of Q. shumardii;and the seedling height,ground diameter,the ratio of height to ground diameter,seedling fresh weight,dry weight,chlorophyll content were measured to analyze the effects of various treatments on its growth. The results indicated that EM could promote the growth of the seedlings; and the indexes of height and ground diameter were improved a lot. The difference was significant compared with the compound fertilizer and control. With the increase of EM, Q. shumardii seedling weight of aerial part(stems and leaves) increased gradually,but the different fertilizer treatments on its weight of underground part(root) had no significant difference. The chlorophyll content of Q. shumardii seedlings were significantly improved by different concentration of EM treatments. This study provided a basis for the wider application of the EM. Also it laid the foundation for its mechanism of promoting growth of Q. shumardii.
