基于微信公众号平台的气象为农服务需求分析

Analysis on the Demands of Meteorological Service for Agriculture Based on WeChat Public Platform

分析和了解用户服务需求,开展针对性、定制性、订单式的精细化服务,成为现代农业气象服务亟待解决的问题。基于"江西微农"微信公众号平台的用户大数据,结合62个"三农"专项实施县服务对象调查问卷结果,综合分析气象为农服务需求。结果表明,2015年"江西微农"各类服务产品平均关注度高于75%,充分说明气象为农服务需求旺盛;同时,用户对服务产品的关注存在明显季节差异,春播期和秋收秋种期是需求旺盛期,偏离度分别为+37.7%和+11.6%,而冬季是需求低值期,关注度显著低于其他时段;倒春寒、暴雨、寒露风等会造成农业生产直接经济损失的气象灾害最受用户关注,平均关注度均高于100%。气象、农业等多部门共同参与的综合性服务更受用户欢迎;影响用户使用感受的主要有获取服务信息的便捷性、交流机制的畅通性、界面显示的美观性等。

It＇s challenges to deeply grasp the needs of users and develop targeted, specialized and orderd products. Based on the big data of ＂Jiangxi micro-agricultural platform＂ and 439 questionnaires to agricultural department and farmers, we comprehensively analyzed the needs of meteorological services for agriculture. The product AUAI of ＂Jiangxi micro-agricultural platform＂ in 2015 was higher than 75.0%, representing the exuberant needs of meteorological services. There were significant disparities of UAI between different seasons. While the UAI at seasons of sowing and autumn harvest were highest and DD were ＋37.7% and ＋11.6% respectively,the UAI of winter was obviously lower than any other season. Late spring coldness,rainstorm and cold dews wind which would cause serious economic losses were most concerned by famers. Integrated services of meteorology and agriculture were more useful and users would like to use the platform more frequently if it ＇s more artistic, convenient and smooth.
