互联网背景下电商产品质量监管法律机制探析

An Analysis of Quality Supervision Legal Mechanism of E-commerce Products in Internet Context

伴随电子商务的迅猛发展,电商产品质量问题日益凸显。导致这一问题产生的主要原因在于:电商产品质量监管法制建设滞后、产品质量监管体系存在缺陷、电商信用体系不完善等。应通过完善电商产品质量监管法律体系,建立统一协调、分类监管的产品监管机制,建立电商产品质量监管平台、实现信息共享等措施,促进我国电子商务持续健康发展。

With the rapid development of e-commerce, the quality problem of e-commerce products are more and more prominent. The main reasons to cause the problem are： the lagged regulation and legal construction in e-commerce quality, the insufficiency in the quality regulation system and imperfection in e-commerce credit system. We should improve the e- commerce product quality regulation legal system, establish product regulation system with uniform coordination and classified regulation, build regulation platform and meet information share to improve the sustainable and healthy development of China＇ s e-commerce.
