This paper introduced the meaning of the agricultural industry of agricultural waste to cultivate edible fungi and the production cycle model, which wided the solution of rural economy, rural development and rural demography problems, increased the rural employment channels, extended agriculture industry chain and improved the ecological environment and promoting agricultural sustainable development.At the same time, the problems of the recycling of agricultural waste products were put forward.
