Study on the performance of a modified fluororubber resistant to aviation lubricant

阐述了唇形密封件制造用某改性氟橡胶研制过程中的耐航空润滑油性能考察过程。主要完成了氟橡胶的性能测试及分析;不同试验条件下氟橡胶耐国外航空润滑油的性能考察;不同试验条件下氟橡胶耐国产航空润滑油的性能考察。结果表明氟橡胶的性能达到了技术指标的要求,氟橡胶耐国内外航空润滑油性能良好。

This paper described the inspection process of a modified fluororubber resistance to aviation lubricants. The performance of fluororubber was tested and analyzed. The performance of fluororubber resistant to foreign aviation lubricant under different test conditions was investigated. The performance of fluororubber resistant to domestic aviation lubricant under different test conditions was investigated. The results showed that the performance of fluororubber has reached the requirements of technical indicators, and is good for domestic and foreign aviation lubricants, and its adaptability to the engine is good.
