摘要
设计一种硫化机中心机构缸体内径珩磨装置,它通过千叶轮的高速运转来珩磨中心机构缸体内径,而此转动来源于电机。千叶轮通过磨头夹固定,磨头夹经固定杆、传动轴固定在一定的水平面上。本设计能有效解决转速问题,使抛光更加均匀,从而提升了生产效率,产品质量得到显著提升。
A cylinder internal diameter honing device was designed, which was used to honing the inner diameter of the curing press central mechanism through the high speed operation of the impeller. The rotation came from the motor. The impeller is fixed by a grinding head clip which is fixed with a fixed pole and the drive shaft on a certain horizontal plane. The design can effectively solve the speed problem, so that enhancing the production efficiency.
