针对LCZ-3B全钢载重子午胎一次法成型机胎圈预置器的结构特点及不足,在现有胎圈预置器装置的基础上进行改造,改造后的胎圈预置器整体结构功能符合现有的工艺要求,提高了胎圈定位精度,提升了胎坯的成型效率和胎坯质量。

Aiming at the struc tural charac teristics and shor tcomings of the bead preconditioner of LCZ-3B all-steel radial tires, the existing bead preconditioner is modified. The struc ture and func tion of the modified bead preconditioner conforms to the existing process requirements, improved the positioning accurac y of the bead and improves the forming efficiency and the quality of the tire.
