血清膜联蛋白A1、白细胞介素-6与冠状动脉狭窄程度影像分析的相关性

摘要 目的探讨血清膜联蛋白A1(AnxA1)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)与冠心病患者冠状动脉狭窄程度的关系。方法选取2015年10月~2016年3月期间到本院放射科进行冠状动脉造影术的患者165例为研究对象,对冠状动脉造影结果进行冠状动脉狭窄程度的评价及Gensini积分。根据冠状动脉造影的结果,将冠状动脉狭窄患者分为4组,非冠状动脉狭窄组(A组)35例,冠状动脉狭窄<40%(B组)30例,冠状动脉狭窄40%~80%(C组)70例,冠状动脉狭窄>80%(D组)30例,检测4组患者血清AnxA1和IL-6水平。结果 (1)A组患者血清AnxA1水平与B组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),C组与D组患者血清AnxA1水平均显著高于A组和B组(P<0.01),D组患者血清AnxA1水平显著高于C组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);(2)B组、C组和D组患者血清IL-6水平均显著高于A组(P<0.01),但是B组、C组和D组患者血清IL-6水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);(3)相关性分析结果显示Gensini积分与AnxA1呈正相关(P<0.01),而与IL-6不具有相关性(P>0.05);(4)线性回归分析结果表明血清LDLC、HDL-C和AnxA1对Gensini积分的影响具有统计学意义(P<0.05),而血清IL-6对Gensini积分的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清AnxA1水平升高与冠状动脉狭窄程度具有相关性,检测血清AnxA1水平有助于冠心病病情的评估以及为临床制定治疗方案提供依据,而IL-6与冠状动脉狭窄程度不具有相关性,不能作为冠状动脉狭窄程度的评价指标,但是仍然需进一步研究。 Objective:To study the correlation between serum annexin A1 (AnxA1) , interleukin-6 (IL-6) and image of coronary artery stenosis in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods:A total of 165 patients with coronary artery disease, who were admitted to our hospital from October 2015 to March 2016 and received coronary angiography, were included in this study. The severity scale of coronary artery stenosis was quantitatively assessed according to coronary angiography by Gensini score. And according to the results of coronary angiography, patients were divided into four groups: group A ( non-coronary ar- tery stenosis, n = 35 ), group B (eoronary artery stenosis 〈 40%, n = 30 ), group C ( coronary artery stenosis 40% ~ 80%, n = 70) and group D (coronary artery stenosis 〉 40% , n = 30), and Serum AnxAl and IL-6 levels of the four groups were meas- ured. Resuhs:(1) Serum AnxA1 in Group A and Group B was not significantly different(P 〉0. 05) ; Serum AnxA1 in Group C and Group D was significantly higher that that in Group A and Group B ( P 〈 0. 01 ) ; Serum AnxA1 in Group D was signifi- candy higher that that in Group C ( P 〈 0. 01 ). (2) Serum IL-6 in Group B, Group C and Croup D was significantly higher than that in Group A (P〈0.01), but Serum IL-6 in Group B, Group C and Croup D was not significantly different (P〉0. 05 ). (3) Correlation Analysis showed that serum AnxA1 was positively related to Gensini score ( P 〈 0.01 ), but IL-6 was not related to Gensini score ( P 〉 0.05 ). (4) Linear-regression analysis showed that serum LDL-C, HDL-C and AnxA1 were risk factors of coronary artery stenosis (P 〈 0.05 ), but IL-6 was not risk factors of coronary artery stenosis (P 〉 0.05). Conclu- sion:Higher serum annexin A1 level may be associated with coronary artery stenosis degrees, and the detection of serum an- nexin A1 contributes to the assessment of the disease and provides the basis for the clinical treatment. However interleukin-6 isnt correlated with the coronary artery stenosis degrees, thus it cant be used to evaluate the coronary artery stenosis degrees.
