瑞舒伐他汀对急性缺血性卒中伴HBsAg阳性患者肝功能的影响

The effect of rosuvastatin on liver function in patients with acute ischemic stroke and HBsAg-positive

目的探讨急性缺血性卒中伴HBsAg阳性患者服用他汀药物对肝功能的影响。方法急性缺血性卒中患者78例,根据HBsAg是否阳性分成2组,观察组:急性缺血性卒中HBsAg阳性41例,对照组:急性缺血性卒中HBsAg阴性患者37例。两组患者规律性服用常规剂量的瑞舒伐他汀钙,比较服药前及服药后4周,3个月的肝功能的变化。结果随访3个月,发生孤立性肝酶轻度升高观察组2例,对照组1例,2组肝功能比较差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论 HBsAg阳性的急性缺血性卒中患者服用他汀药物,出现肝功能损害的可能性没有显著增加。

Objectives： To investigate the effect of statins on liver function in patients with acute ischemic stroke and HBsAg-positive. Methods： Seventy-eight patients with acute ischemic stroke were divided into two groups according to the positive or negative HBsAg,with 41 cases of HBsAg-positive patients with acute ischemic stroke in the observation group and 37 cases of HBsAg-negative patients with acute ischemic stroke in the control group. Two groups of patients were given regular doses of rosuvastatin calcium routinely,and the changes of liver function were compared 4 weeks and 3 months before and after treatment. Results： All the patients were available for 3 months follow-up and there was a slight increase of liver enzymes in the patients of the observation group with a total of 2 cases,while the control group had only 1 case,and there was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups（ P 0. 05）. Conclusion： There is no significant increase in the risk of liver damage in HBsAg-positive patients with acute ischemic stroke who receive statins.
