摘要
针对现有的维修拆装过程模型对拆装过程知识缺乏规范性描述,不同模型交互时存在语义歧义的问题,论文构建基于语义本体的维修拆装过程模型。该模型应用语义本体中的概念、实例两种建模原语对拆装过程知识进行概念分类,用关系原语描述概念间的层次结构,用属性、函数原语分别描述拆装过程中的概念自身性质和逻辑约束,然后将上述本体描述进行抽象,以五元组的形式表示维修拆装过程本体模型。该模型使拆装过程处于相同语义环境之下,能够实现拆装知识的重用和共享。最后以甚高频收发机(1RC1)拆卸过程为例,验证了该模型的有效性,解决了拆装过程中的语义歧义问题。
Due to lack of standardized description for the current Maintenance Disassembly Process, leading to se- mantic ambiguity problem when different modeling interacts, this paper discussed about Modeling of Maintenance Disassembly Process Based on Semantic Ontology. It classified the concept of disassembly with two types of se- mantic ontology primitives including Concept and Instance. Described hierarchical relations between concepts by Relation primitive. Separately described the nature and logical constraints in disassembly process by Attribute and Function Primitive. And then abstracted this description in the form of quintet to present the Maintenance Disas- sembly Process ontology model, which makes the disassembly process in the same semantic environment in which the knowledge of disassembly could be reused and shared. Finally it presented an instance of disassembly process of Transceiver-VHF (1RC1) to verify the validity of the model, solving the problem of semantic ambiguity.
