多旋翼植保无人机旋翼结构有限元分析 被引量:2

摘要 随着农业生产自动化水平的提高,多旋翼植保无人机被广泛应用于农业生产中。以某多旋翼植保无人机旋翼为研究对象,基于ANSYS Workbench软件,对多旋翼植保无人机的旋翼进行了静力学分析和模态分析。静力学分析结果表明:旋翼的危险截面主要集中在桨叶根部,且最大应力值小于许用应力,满足刚度和强度要求。模态分析结果表明:旋翼固有频率与外界激振频率避开率较大,因此不会产生共振现象,满足使用要求。通过ANSYS Workbench对旋翼结构进行有限元分析,为后续多旋翼植保无人机旋翼优化设计提供理论依据。 With the improvement of the agricultural automation level, Multi-rotor plant protection UAV is widely used in agricultural production. The multi-rotor plant protection UAV is the research object in this paper. Based on the AYSYS Workbench software, researches are focused on the static analysis and modal analysis on the rotor of the multi-rotor plant protection UAV. The result of static analysis indicates that the dangerous areas of the rotor are mostly in the root of blades, and the maximum stress is less than the allowable stress, which can meet the stiffness and strength requirements. The result of modal analysis indicates that it will not cause resonance, which complies with the design requirements because cies are greater than 15%. Through the finite software, it provides a theoretical basis for the the avoidance rate of rotor natural frequencies and excited frequen- element analysis of the rotor structure by using ANSYS Workbench further research of multi-rotor plant protection UAV in design optimization process.
