摘要 对高压断路器智能电机操动机构的结构进行分析,并介绍了电机操动机构控制系统硬件组成,在此基础上对控制器进行总体设计,从面板控制程序、数据采集程序流程和软件抗干扰方面对电机操动机构进行软件设计,从而设计了一种新型的高压断路器智能电机操动机构。与传统高压真空断路器操动机构相比,所设计操动机构具有结构简单、易于控制、伺服性强、机械可靠性高等优点。 This paper analyzed the structure of intelligent motor operating mechanism, for high-voltage circuit breaker, and introduced the hardware composition of control system for the motor operating mechanism. The over- all design of controller and software for motor operating mechanism were proposed in the aspects of panel control program, data acquisition program flow and software anti-interference, and a new intelligent motor operating mechanism for high-vohage circuit breaker was established. As compared with the operating mechanism for tradi- tional high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker, the present one has many advantages such as simple structure, easy control, strong servo and high reliability.
