摘要 麦冬是常用中药,具有养阴清热、润肺生津的功能。当前商品麦冬中除药典品种麦冬Ophiopogon japonicus(L.f.)Ker-Gawl.的块根外。 Glycoside B(25(s)-rusnogonin 1-O-β-D-fucopyranosido-3-O-α-L-rhamcopyranoside) and glycoside J(2S(s)-ruscogenin-1-O-[α-L-rhamno-pyranosyl (1-2)][β-D-Xylopyranosyl(1-3)]-β-D-fucopy-ranoside)in the tuberous roots of Liriope spicata (Thunb.) Lour. and its variety L. spicata (Thunb.) Lour. var. prolifera Y. J. Ma, were determined by HPLC. The powder of the tuberous roots was extracted by using 5.0 ml methanol. 3.0 ml of the organic extract was evaporated to dryness, and the residue redissolved in 1ml methanol containing 2 μl 0.01% (V/V) inter standard was chromatographed on an ODS C_(18) column. The mobile phase is CH_3CN-H_2O(53: 47 V/V). The linearity was demonstrated in the range of 1.0~50.0 μg. The average recoveries of the glycoside B and glycoside J were 96.43% and 101.02%.
