医学院校毕业生就业思想状况调查

Investigation on ideological status about employment in medical university graduates

目的对医学院校毕业生离校前就业思想状况进行调查并提出建议。方法以徐州某高等医学院校2015届8个院系的应届毕业生为调查对象,通过发放就业思想状况调查问卷,调查毕业生对就业形势的看法及态度、就业意向、就业能力认知、就业政策了解程度等几个方面的情况。结果毕业生对就业形势看法及态度客观积极;毕业生就业意选择多为在所学专业领域就业;毕业生对就业能力认知为在校期间需要提升的基本工作能力为理解与交流能力;毕业生对各项就业政策了解尚不够充分。结论针对医学院校毕业生离校前思想状况提出的对策与建议为要加强就业观及心理健康教育、多渠道拓宽就业路径、提高毕业生的就业胜任力、完善就业指导课程体系建设。

Objective To investigate the ideological status about employment in medical university graduates and give some suggestions.Methods In 2015, the medical university graduates from 8 departments in a medical university were investigated with a questionnaire, and the contents of the questionnaire included students＇ ideas of employment in four aspects： attitudes towards employment status, employment intension, cognition of employability, and understanding of employment policies.Results The graduates had objective and positive attitude towards the employment situation, but their career choices and understanding of policies were insufficient.Conclusion The authority of medical university should strengthen the education of the employment attitude and psychological health of the graduates, extend the employment channels, enhance the graduates＇ employability, and complete the construction of career guidance course.
