摘要
本文论述三网融合和互联网+高速发展的大背景下,广电运营商构建一套适合自己的安全播出管理体系的重要性,并从平台安全、信息安全、监控安全三个不同的维度,分享宁波华数的安全播出管理体系建设和创新案例,希望能够让更多的广电同行得到共鸣和启发。
With the rapid development of triple-play and ＂Internet plus＂, this paper describes the importance of safety broadcasting system. In addition, this paper shares construction and innovation of DTV safety broadcasting technical system in Ningbo China, in aspects of platform security, information security and safety monitoring. It is hoped to make more peers resonated and inspired.
