回汉族25羟维生素D水平变化与糖代谢的相关性研究

Study on the relationship between 25-hydroxy-vitamin D levels and glucose metabolism in Hui and Han population

目的了解不同糖代谢状态回汉族人群血脂、血糖、糖化血红蛋白及血清25羟维生素D水平,探讨回汉族血清25羟维生素D水平变化与糖代谢的相关性。方法选择我院就诊的回汉族糖代谢异常患者各50例,按照年龄以1∶1原则选择同期健康体检者各50例作为对照组。监测空腹血糖、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、血清25羟维生素D及糖负荷后2 h血糖水平。结果回族糖代谢异常患者血清25羟维生素D水平为12.60±6.04,汉族糖代谢异常患者血清25羟维生素D水平为14.60±8.40,回汉族间血清25羟维生素D水平有统计学差异(P<0.05),血清25羟维生素D水平与空腹血糖、OGTT 2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论回族糖代谢异常组血清25羟维生素D水平低于汉族糖代谢异常组;对照组中回族人群血清25羟维生素D水平低于汉族人群;回汉族糖代谢异常人群血清25羟维生素D水平与血糖、糖化血红蛋白呈负相关,即血糖越高,25羟维生素D水平越低。

Objective To investigate the level of blood lipid, blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin and serum 25 - hydroxy vitamin D of Hui and Han nationality with different glucose metabolism. To explore the correlation between the changes of serum 25 - hy- droxy vitamin D level and glucose metabolism in Hui and Han nationality. Methods Fifty patients were selected with abnormal glucose metabolism in each nationality. According to the age principle of 1 ： 1, at the same period, Hui and Han nationality each were selected fifty healthy subjects as the control group in our hospital. Measured the fasting blood glucose, blood lipids, glycosylated hemoglobin, serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D and 2h blood glucose levels after the glucose load. The correlation was analyzed by using Pearson or Spearnlan. Results The level of serum 25 vitamin D in patients with abnormal glucose metabolism was 12.60 ± 6.04 in Hui nationality, and blood glucose abnormalities in patients with serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D level of 14.60 ± 8.40 in Han nationality. Serum 25 - hydroxy vitamin D between Hui and Han nationality groups was statistical differences in the case group and control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, and negatively cor- related with fasting blood glucose, OGTF 2 hour blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In Hui nationali- ty,the level of serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D in the patients with abnormal glucose metabolism is lower than the Han nationality. In the control group, the level of Serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D in the Hui population is lower than that in the Han population. The level of Serum 25 hydroxyl vitamin D is negatively correlation with blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in Hui and Han nationality population with abnormal glucose metabolism.
