不同方案治疗中高频突发性耳聋的效果观察

Study on different treatments for intermediate and high frequency sudden sensorinearal hearing loss

目的探讨分析中高频突发性耳聋患者药物治疗的疗效。方法收集中高频突发性耳聋患者101例,分为3种治疗方案进行治疗(银杏叶提取物、银杏叶提取物+糖皮质激素、银杏叶提取物+鼠神经生长因子),治疗2周,对疗效进行统计分析。结果中高频突发性耳聋患者101例,治疗后听力恢复痊愈43例(42.57%),显效18例(17.82%),有效22例(21.78%),无效18例(17.82%),总有效率为82.18%。3种治疗方案总有效率分别是78.79%,79.41%,88.24%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中高频突发性耳聋伴耳鸣81例(80.20%),伴眩晕6例(5.94%),3种方案治疗伴发症状的效果差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中高频突发性耳聋总体治疗效果较好,改善内耳血液流变学和促进神经损伤恢复以及糖皮质激素治疗均有效,联合用药可能效果更好。

Objective To analyze the effect of drug treatment for intermediate and high frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss （SSNHL）. MethOds 101 patients of intermediate and high frequency SSNHL were collected. All patient were treated by one of three treatments plans chosen by unified random table for two weeks. Results n 101 cases of intermediate and high frequency sudden sensorineural hearing loss 43 cases were cared （42.57%）, 18 cases were markedly improved （ 17.82% ）, 22 cases were effective （21.78%）, 18 cases were invalid （ 17.82% ） the total effective rate was 82.18%. Three kinds of treatment for total effectiveness re- spectively is 78.79%, 79.41%, 88.24%, there was no statistically significant difference （P 〉 0.05 ）. Intermediate and high trequency sudden deafness with tinnitus in 81 cases （80.20%）, 6 cases with dizziness （5.94%）, three options for the treatment of concomitant symptoms differences had no statistical significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The therapeutic efficacy of intermediate and high fre- quency SSNHL is good, and the treatment of improving the inner ear blood rheology and boosting of resuming of nerve tissue damage has clinical significance,the therapeutic efficacy of using glucocorticoid systemically is good as well. There is no obvious difference between combination and single medication.
