摘要
伴随互联网+的发展,组织业务趋于多元化,为满足管理的需要,传统的人力资源管理方式也在向HRBP模式转变。本文从HRM满意度、组织绩效以及组织生命力三个层面界定HRBP模式实施有效性,深入分析HRBP模式实施有效性的影响因素,包括组织氛围、管理过程、领导风格、员工文化价值观以及HRBP素质,并借助于SPSS软件验证了各影响因素与HRBP模式实施有效性之间的显著性关系以及管理过程的中介作用。最后从组织、部门以及个人三个角度提出管理对策,致力于推动HRBP模式本土化实施进程,提高组织HRBP模式实施有效性,真正发挥人力资源管理的战略价值。
From satisfaction of HRM, organizational performance and organizational vitality three levels defined HRBP model implementation effectiveness, deeply analyzes the factors affecting the effectiveness of implementing HRBP model, and to study the mediating role of the management process. Finally this study from the three perspectives of organization, department and individual put forward some for management, is committed to promoting HRBP model implementation process, improve the organization HRBP pattern implementation effectiveness, real play to the strategic value of human resources management.
