摘要
本文基于互联网时代,海尔对人力资源的创新实践探索,从一个核心"以人单合一模式为核心"、三个体系"开放的生态圈平台组织、创业者吸引平台、创业者激励机制"切入,研究了创业者资源(Entrepreneur Resource:ER)平台的转型背景、核心内容、具体实践及取得的成果。人单合一模式界定了创业者价值实现的方法论;开放的生态圈平台组织提供了资源链接的基础;创业者吸引平台提供了价值创造的支持体系;创业者激励机制提供了价值创造的动力,从而构成了一个价值创造的创新系统。本文研究内容及结论对互联网时代人力资源管理创新的理论与实践具有启发和指导意义。
Based on the exploration of Haier' s Human Resource innovation in the Internet era, at the beginning of "one core" called Rendanheyi model and "three systems" including Open eeosphere platform organization, Entrepreneurs attracted platform and Entrepreneurs incentive mechanism, this article describes the transformational backgrounds, core contents, specific practices and relevant achievements about Entrepreneur Resource (hereinafter referred to as ER). The research found that Rendanheyi model defines the methodology of entrepreneur value realization; the open eeosphere platform organization provides the basis for resource link; the entrepreneurs attracted platform provides supporting systems for value creation; and the entrepreneurs' incentive mechanism provides motivation for value creation, thus constituting an innovation system of value creation. The contents and conclusions of this article is to inspire the promoting for the new theories and practice of human resource management innovation in the Internet era.
