摘要
作为一种新的投资策略,影响力投资整合了公益慈善属性和金融投资属性,旨在实现一定财务回报的同时主动创造可测量的社会、环境方面的积极绩效。本文在剖析影响力投资价值内涵和社会背景的基础上,阐述了影响力投资面临的挑战,提出了几点推动中国影响力投资市场的发展的建议。
As a new investment strategy, integrating the character of charity and financial investment, impact investments take the initiative to create positive social and environmental performance which is measurable meanwhile realizing financial return. This article discusses the definition and social background of impact investments and put forward several suggestions to promote the development of Chinese impact investments market.
