摘要
研究采用Rodgers演化概念分析法界定心力衰竭(心衰)患者安宁疗护的概念,以提高医护人员对心衰患者安宁疗护的了解和重视,进而促进实践发展。研究系统检索中英文常用医学数据,根据相关标准纳入31篇文献,从概念的演化史、属性、前因、后果、同义词与近义词5个方面进行分析。心衰患者安宁疗护的4个属性为:以提高生命质量为目标的症状控制;以家庭为中心的整体性照护;多学科合作的系统性照护;强调沟通咨询的个性化照护。
Analysis of the concept of palliative care in heart failure through Rodgers＇ evolutionary concept analysis. The authors systematically retrieved data from 5 frequently used databases including 31 articles according to relevant standards,and analyzed the concept palliative care in heart failure from 5 aspects including historical evolution, defining attributes, antecedents,consequences and related concepts. The 4 attributes of palliative care in heart failure include： symptom control aimed at improving life quality,holistic care with family as the focus,systematic care with cooperation and interaction between different disciplines,and personalized care emphasizing communication and consultation. The clarification of the concept palliative care in heart failure contributes to the progression of relevant theory and practice for palliative care in heart failure.
