音乐治疗(又称音乐疗法)是医学与音乐的融合,是一种新兴的、安全而易获得的治疗手段,常可分为接受式、再创造式和即兴演奏式音乐治疗。音乐治疗对各种精神和躯体疾病的治疗效果已得到临床证据的肯定,并吸引着越来越多的学者进行深入研究。本文系统综述了音乐治疗在临床上对于治疗精神疾病、神经系统疾病、心脑血管疾病、恶性肿瘤和疼痛管理等方面的应用。同时,尽管音乐治疗的潜在应用广泛、发展前景巨大,但仍面临着诸多问题和挑战。

Music therapy （also known as melodic intonation therapy） is a confluent therapeutic method of medicine and music, which is safe, easily accessed and flourishing. It is divided into 3 types as receptive music therapy, recreative music therapy, and improvisational music therapy. The therapeutic effects of music therapy on various kinds of mental and somatic diseases have been confirmed by clinical evidence, attracting more and more scholars to do further researches. Music therapy shows its effectiveness in mental illness, nervous system diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, and pain, etc. Although music therapy has a wide application and great prospects, it is challenging.
