摘要
试验旨在对草地放养狮籽鹅血清中免疫球蛋白(Ig)、补体(C)、白介素(IL)及干扰素(IFN)的水平进行研究。2周龄狮籽鹅于6月初放入草地,在2,4,8和12周龄时,各随机选取5只进行免疫因子及细胞因子的检测,试验数据均用SPSS 17.0的独立样本T检验与前期已测舍饲组数据进行差异显著性分析。结果显示:草地鹅血清中IgG、IgM、C3、C4、IL-4、IL-6、IFN-α及IFN-γ的水平均高于舍饲鹅,且二者在不同周龄存在显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01);草地鹅血清中IL-2水平在4周龄时极显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.01),8周龄时显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.05);IL-12水平在4周龄时显著低于舍饲鹅(P<0.05),12周龄时显著高于舍饲鹅(P<0.05)。草地放养能提高狮籽鹅血清中免疫球蛋白、补体、白介素及干扰素的水平,增强鹅的免疫力,是值得推广的低成本养殖模式。
The trial was designed to investigate the level of immune globulin, complement,interleukin and interferon in serum from the Shi-Zi goose under grassland-stocking. The 2-weeks-old Shizi goose were stocked in grassland at the beginning of June, at 2,4,8 and 12 weeks of age,5 geese were selected randomly for the detect of the levels of immune factors and cytokines in serum, the significant difference between the data of the trial and previously obtained housing group was ana- lyzed by independent-sample T test of SPSS 17.0. The results showed that the levels of IgG,IgM, C3 ,C4, IL-4, IL-6, IFN-a and IFN-7 in serum from grassland-stocking goose were significant (P〈 0.05) or extremely significant(P〈0.01) higher than those of housing goose in different weeks of age;the levels of IL-2 in serum from grassland-stocking goose was extremely significant lower than that of housing goose at 4 weeks of age(P〈0.01), and 8 weeks of age(P〈0. 05) ;the levels of IL-12 in serum from grassland-stocking goose was significant lower than that of housing goose at 4 weeks of age(P〈0.05) ,and higher than that of housing goose at 12 weeks of age(P〈0.05). Grassland-stocking can rise the levels of immune globulin, complement, interleukin and interferon in serum from the Shizi goose,improve the immunity of goose. It is a low cost feeding pattern.
