长期以来,美国一直是日本和韩国最大的防务贸易伙伴,其军售项目获得的支持来自其政府与工业界间的紧密关系,更有韩日方面出于应对中国、朝鲜方面威胁的原因。如今,印度也加入了这一群体,加入到美国以"选择性军售"为原则打造的对华围堵圈中。这种基于美国战略考量下的对华周边大国军备出口,呈现出的特点值得我们关注。

For a long time, the United States has been the largest defense trade partner of Japan and the South Korea. Its arms sales project has received support from its government and industry, and claimed to be related to the threat of China and the North Korea. Today, India has also joined the group organized by the United States. Using the ＂selective arms sales＂, the United States has successfully roped the major countries around China into its own circle. This paper analyzes the US strategic considerations under the large arms exports to the major countries around China, showing its characteristics and traits.
