摘要
目的:对隐孔菌Cryptoporus volvatus子实体的化学成分进行研究。方法:利用不同的色谱分离纯化手段分离单体化合物,根据化合物的理化常数和谱学数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从隐孔菌子实体的90%乙醇水提取物中分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为1',2'-二羧基隐孔酸B(1)、豆甾醇(2)、豆甾-7-烯-3β-醇(3)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)、腺苷(5)、鸟苷(6)、尿苷(7)、尿嘧啶(8)、1-核糖醇基-2,3-二酮-1,2,3,4-四氢-6,7-二甲基-喹喔啉(9)、D-阿拉伯糖醇(10)、D-半乳糖醇(11)、D-山梨糖醇(12)、二十四烷酸(13)。结论:除化合物1外,其余化合物均为首次从该属真菌中分离得到。
Objective : To study the chemical constituents of the fruiting bodies of Cryptoporus volvatus. Methods : I- solation and purification of the compounds were carried out by various chromatographies, and their structures were identified according to the physical and chemical properties as well as spectroscopic methods. Results: Thirteen compounds were obtained and identified as 1', 2'-dicarboxylic cryptoporic acid B ( 1 ), stigmasterol (2), stigmast-7-en-3β-ol (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), adenosine(5), guanosine(6), uridine(7), uracil(8), 1-ribityl-2, 3-diketo-1, 2, 3, 4-tetrahydro-6, 7-dimethyl-quinox- aline (9), D-arabitol ( 10 ), D-galactitol ( 11 ), D-sorbitol ( 12 ), tetracosanoic acid ( 13 ), respectively. Conclusion: Except compound 1, all compounds were isolated from genus Cryptoporus for the first time.
