摘要
目的:探索一种促进野生桃儿七真叶分化的一种方法。方法:以采自西藏加查县经过自然休眠的野生桃儿七种子为试材,首先分别用0、25、50、100、150、200 mg·L^(-1)的GA进行处理,筛选出最适合真叶分化浓度;用0、25、50、100、150、200 mg·L^(-1)的6-BA进行处理,筛选出最适合真叶分化的浓度;再用100 mg·L^(-1)GA与不同质量浓度6-BA配比对桃儿七真叶分化的影响。结果:100 mg·L^(-1)质量浓度GA处理下真叶的分化率最高,分别为84.1%;同时真叶畸形率仅为3.3%,是比较理想的处理浓度。结论:在桃儿七种子萌发过程中添加适量的GA、6-BA,及二者的配比,能够有效的提高桃儿七真叶的分化率,但过高的激素含量会造成较高的真叶畸形率,畸形苗不能够存活。
Objective: The study is aimed to find a method for leaf differentiation of SinopodophyUum hexandrum. Methods: The natural dormant seeds of wild S. hexandrum harvested in Jiacha of Tibet were collected. GA was added to screen the optimal concentration, then 6-BA was used to screen the optimal concentration for study of leaf differentia- tion of S. hexandrum. Results: The leaf differentiation of S. hexandrum was 84. 1% under 100 mg ·L^-1 of GA, and the malfor- mation rate was 3.3%. Conclusion: GA and 6-BA could promote leaf differentiation of S. hexandrum, however high concentration of plant hormones may result in the malformation of the leaf.
