摘要
目的:探索甘草种子萌发和出苗最适宜的处理方式,为甘草育苗和大田播种提供技术依据。方法:通过对甘草(Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch.)种子进行不同处理,比较其发芽率和出苗率变化情况。结果:不同处理方法对甘草种子发芽率有显著性影响,其中机械研磨处理的甘草种子发芽率最高,其次为浓硫酸处理3 h的甘草种子;浓硫酸处理、机械研磨与高温浸种处理的出苗率显著高于对照的出苗率,其中随着浓硫酸处理时间的延长,甘草种子的出苗率呈明显增高而后又下降的趋势。结论:和其他处理相比,机械研磨和硫酸浸种3 h的处理发芽率和出苗率有明显提高,适宜于大面积种植甘草时进行种子处理。
Objective: To explore the optimum method for germination and seedling rate of licorice seed, and pro- vide technical basis for licorice seedling-raising and planting in field. Methods: The change of the germination and seedling rate of licorice seeds by treated with different processing method was compared. Results: It showed that the different methods had significant effects on licorice seed germination rate, the germination rate of licorice seeds with mechanical grinding was the highest, followed by treated 3 h with sulfuric acid. The seedling rate of sulfuric acid, mechanical grinding and high tempera- ture-soaking were significantly higher than that of the control. With the increasing of soaking time by sulfuric acid, the seedling rate of licorice seeds decreased after an initial increase. Conclusion : Compared with other methods, the germination and seed- ling rate of licorice seeds with mechanical grinding and sulfuric acid for 3 h have significant increase, are suitable for planting licorice in large area.
