摘要
葫芦素D(Cucurbitacin D)是一种高度氧化的四环三萜类化合物,研究发现其对多种癌症均具有治疗作用,有望成为新型抗肿瘤药物。本文介绍其在抗肿瘤作用方面研究进展。
Cucurbitacin D, a highly oxidized tetracyclic triterpenoid compound, has inhibitory effects to a variety of tumors. Cucurbitacin D is expected to be great potential as a new anti-tumor drug. In this review, we summarized the recent research progresses of the anti-tumor applications of Cucurbitacin D.
