射频消融术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Radiofrequency Ablation in the Treatment of Chronic Tonsillitis

目的:观察射频消融术治疗慢性扁桃体炎的临床疗效。方法:将广东省鹤山市人民医院耳鼻喉科诊治的60例慢性扁桃体炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各30名。对照组采用扁桃体电刀切除术治疗,观察组采用射频消融术治疗。治疗后观察两组患者疼痛评分以及有效率。结果:观察组的疼痛评分明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。有效率也显著高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:射频消融术治疗慢性扁桃体炎效果确切,治愈率高,疼痛症状轻。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of chronic tonsillitis.Methods Fifty patients with chronic tonsillitis who were treated by ENT in Heshan City People＇s Hospital of Guangdong Province were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The control group was treated with tonsillectomy, and the observation group was treated with radiofrequency ablation. After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were observed and the effective rate was finally cured. Results the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. The cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation for the treatment of chronic tonsillitis was of precise effect, high cure rate and lighter pain, it is worthy of popularization and application.
